ANFA Announces National Team Final Squad For Japan Tour

ANFA has finalized Nepal national team squad for Japan tour.

Nepal national team is flying to Japan on August 11 to play five friendly matches against local teams.

Head coach Gyotuku Koji picked 24 players who were in the squad against Yemen match in AFC Asian Cup 2019 qualification.

The tour will be preparation ahead of Tajikistan clash scheduled on September 5 in Kathmandu.

Nepal will take on Gamba Osaka U-23 on August 13. Gorkhalis will then play against Kwansei Gakuin University on August 16, Amitie Sports Club on August 17, Hanan University on August 18 and Vissel Kobe U-18 Team on August 19.

The team will also watch one J-League match.

The tour is managed and supported by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Japan Football Association (JFA).

Rohit Chand and Kiran Chemjong won’t be travelling as they are busy playing professional football abroad. Aditya Chaudhary is recuperating from knee surgery.
