Nepal Geetanjali School honors Taekwondo Players

unnamedNepal Geetanjali School has honored Taekwondo Players of Nepalese Taekwondo Academy on Monday.

School honored the players who won medals in the 2nd Heroes International Taekwondo Championship.

Chief Guest of the program and Health Minister, Gagan Thapa honored the players by giving letter of felicitation. Bibek Shrestha, Chandu Shahi, Pushpa Prasad Gautam, Pratigya Bhandari, Tilak Lama and Ashok Khadka were honored in the program.

Nepal won 4 Gold and 3 Silver medals in the two-day championship that was held in Thailand from Kartik 5 to Kartik 7.

“The investment in the sports sector like this will return in true sense. I am glad to see private schools investing in sports sector and this will help to bring best results in health sectors.” talked Health Minister in the honor program.

Chairman of Nepal Congress Ward No.2, Upendra Karki, UCPN-Maoist Central Member, Maheshwor Phuyal and RPP district Member, RK  Bista were also present in the honor program.
