Futsal Premier League In Nepal? Winners To Get Rs 1m

2At a time when ANFA is sleeping in the promotion and development of Futsal, a private company has shown its interest in organizing “home and away” Futsal league.

AMA Events Private Limited organized press meet in Kathmandu on Thursday informing the press that the winning team will receive Rs 10 Lakhs. Runners up team will get Rs 5 Lakhs.

Tournament coordinator, Bibek Gautam said, “We will start qualifiers from Shrawan 10. Tournament will start from third week of Bhadra. We expect 60 teams in the qualifiers”.

“We expect 16 teams in the final league round”, he added.

Total 240 matches will be played. Gautam added they were ready to join hands with ANFA.
